Laser Label Warehouse will gladly extend credit to qualified companies for regular invoicing and terms. Please download a version of our customer set up form and email or fax the form to our customer service department. If your company is exempt from state sales tax then please also send a copy of the certificate along with the set up form. If no certificate is received then we will assume that sales tax is to be added to the invoice.
All requests for credit will be answered within 3 business days.
